Why Does Service Deel Separate the Two Accounts?

It also helps keep communication focused on its intended purpose:

Employer → Job Seeker: Hiring and job opportunities

Job Seeker → Employer: Job applications and employment inquiries

Job Seeker → Job Seeker: Direct hiring messages are not available

Employer → Employer: Job application messages are not available
