How can I post a job vacancy?
Sign in to your Employer account, select the option to post a job, and provide the job title, description, requirements, location, salary or rate, schedule, and application details.
Can I search for Job Seekers by skills and location?
Yes, depending on the available search features. Employers may browse Job Seeker profiles and filter candidates according to relevant qualifications, skills, roles, location, or availability.
How can I contact an applicant?
Open the applicant’s profile or application and messe the applicant.
Can I edit or close a job posting?
Open your Employer dashboard and manage your active listings. You may edit, deactivate, or close a vacancy when the position has been filled or is no longer available.
How can I verify an applicant’s credentials?
Applicants on service deel is verified thru ID's uploaded online. However you need to request supporting documents, contact professional references, conduct an interview, and verify relevant licenses, certificates, education, and employment history. Obtain permission before conducting formal background checks.
Can a manpower agency use Service Deel?
Yes. Legitimate manpower agencies and recruiters may use Service Deel to post opportunities, search for candidates, and communicate with workers. They must follow applicable laws and platform policies.

How can I list my services?
Yes, Create or update your profile and add a clear service title, description, skills, experience, location, availability, rates, and work samples.
Can I add service rates, photos, and availability?
Yes, when these profile features are available. Providing accurate rates, photos, schedules, and service details helps clients make informed decisions.
How can clients contact or book me?
Clients may contact you using the communication or booking options available on your profile. Discuss the scope, schedule, price, payment terms, and other conditions before accepting a project.
Can I offer home-based and online services?
Yes. You may offer home-based, remote, online, mobile, or on-site services, provided they are lawful and allowed under Service Deel’s policies.
How can I manage service requests?
Check your dashboard, messages, notifications, email, and phone regularly. Confirm all service details with the client before starting the work.
Can I receive reviews from clients?
Yes, clients may leave feedback after a completed service. Provide quality work, communicate professionally, and respond respectfully to reviews.
